A convenience fee of 3.5% is charged per transaction.
What information do I need before paying my bill online?
· Your Union PSD account number, and
· Your Credit Card number [Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express]
When will the payment be applied to my Union PSD sewer account?
Payments are counted as received when they are posted in our office, which may be one business day after they are made on this site. If you pay on-line on the latest day to pay, you may still be charged a penalty.
How do I get a receipt?
You will be able to print a receipt when making the payment online. You should print and save that receipt and confirmation number for your records.
If my water has been terminated, can I pay my bill online?
If you have received a TERMINATION NOTICE – ONLY use the internet to make a payment if paying PRIOR to 4:00 p.m. on the Termination Date; otherwise visit our office to make the payment. If you do not process the online payment before 4:00 p.m. on the Termination Date, the Public Service District WILL NOT have a record of the payment. Your service WILL be subject to termination and additional fees will apply.
If your water service has been TERMINATED – DO NOT pay online; VISIT our office at 5110 Washington St W, Cross Lanes, WV between 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday – Friday excluding holidays to make the payment.
Is there a payment limit per transaction?
Yes. The maximum amount that can be paid per transaction is $300.00.
