Is there a fee for paying by Credit Card?<\/strong>
\nA convenience fee of 3.5% is charged per transaction.<\/p>\n

What information do I need before paying my bill online?<\/strong>
\n\u00b7 Your\u00a0Union PSD account number, and
\n\u00b7 Your Credit Card number [Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express]<\/p>\n

When will the payment be applied to my\u00a0Union PSD sewer account?<\/strong>
\nPayments are counted as received when they are posted in our office, which may be one business day after they are made on this site. If you pay on-line on the latest day to pay, you may still be charged a penalty.<\/p>\n

How do I get a receipt?<\/strong>
\nYou will be able to print a receipt when making the payment online. You should print and save that receipt and confirmation number for your records.<\/p>\n

If my water has been terminated, can I pay my bill online?<\/strong>
\nIf you have received a TERMINATION NOTICE \u2013 ONLY use the internet to make a payment if paying PRIOR to 4:00 p.m. on the Termination Date; otherwise visit our office to make the payment.\u00a0 If you do not process the online payment before 4:00 p.m. on the Termination Date, the Public Service District WILL NOT have a record of the payment.\u00a0 Your service WILL be subject to termination and additional fees will apply.<\/span><\/p>\n

If your water service has been TERMINATED \u2013 DO NOT pay online; VISIT our office at 5110 Washington St W, Cross Lanes, WV between 8:30 a.m. \u2013 4:30 p.m. Monday \u2013 Friday excluding holidays to make the payment.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Is there a payment limit per transaction?<\/strong>
\nYes. The maximum amount that can be paid per transaction is $300.00.<\/p>\n
