Customers with metered water supply:<\/strong><\/p>\n

First 5,000 gallons used per month\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 $11.74 per 1,000 gallons
\nNext 15,000 gallons used per month \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 $9.51 per 1,000 gallons
\nAll over 20,000 gallons used per month \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0$7.74 per 1,000 gallons<\/p>\n

Minimum Charge:<\/strong><\/p>\n

No bill shall be rendered for less than $23.48 per month, which is equivalent of 2,000 gallons.<\/p>\n

Customers with non-metered water supply<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

Flat Rate Charge (equivalent of 4,500 gallons) \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0$52.83<\/p>\n

Delayed Payment Penalty:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The above schedule is net. On all accounts not paid in full when due, ten percent (10%) will be added to the net current amount unpaid. This delayed payment penalty is not interest and is to be collected only once for each bill where it is appropriate.<\/p>\n

Tap Fee:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The following charges are to be made whenever the utility installs a new tap to serve an applicant.<\/p>\n

A tap fee of $150.00 will be charged to all customers applying for service before construction is completed adjacent to customer’s premises in connection with a certificate proceeding before the Commission. This pre-construction tap fee will be invalid after the completion of construction adjacent to an applicant’s premises that is associated with a certificate proceeding.<\/p>\n

A tap fee of $350.00 will be charged to all customers who apply for service outside of a certificate proceeding before the Commission for each new tap to the system.<\/p>\n
